I wanted to practice my skills in modeling and texturing by creating an environment with a modular worflow. It's the first time that I try this workflow, and there were a ton a trial and error along the way, but at least I've learn a lot of new things. Looking back at it now, there are a few things that I would have done differently, but overall I'm satisfied with the result. Let me know what you think!
This environment was made with:
- Blender : asset creation, modeling, sculpting, UV unwrapping
- Substance Painter : baking and texturing
- Unreal Engine : environment setting, lighting, rendering
- Quixel Megascan : for all the foliage and ground textures
